All our products are handmade and curated in the Philippines.
How to place an order?
You may place your order via our web's shopping cart.
Do you have a showroom?
We currently do not have a showroom. Product details are stated in the product tab. Should you have further queries regarding our product feel free to hit us a message at hello@weavedhomes.com
What are your covered delivery areas?
We delivery within the 48 continental US states.
How long is your lead time for delivery?
Shipping takes an average of 5 to 7 days. Packages may be shipped from different locations so they may arrive separately.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
An order maybe cancelled before it is shipped out.
What is your mode of payment?
We accept credit card payments via Paypal.
What is your return & exchange policy?
- Merchandise may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product should be unused, in its original condition including packaging.
- The customer will handle and shoulder the shipping fees for returns back and forth, and it must be shipped to the seller's preferred address.

How do I process refund?
Refunds will be processed once item has been returned in good condition within the standard timeframe of 7 days. Refund is strictly in the form of store credits you can use for any future purchase.
Do you refund shipping fees?
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. This applies to undeliverable or refused shipments, missing, and stolen shipments. Should you return an item purchased from us for store credit, you will only be credited for the price of the products.

Do you offer warranty?
Our products are manufactured with a certain standard quality, we will only except returns within 7 days.
